  • Harmonica, a natural globetrotter in all kinds of music: Rock, Pop, Jazz, Blues, Folk, Classic and much more! The harmonica is nowadays popular in almost every music style, and Hohner, the world's biggest manufacturer of quality harmonicas, is proud to be a supplier of high quality instruments for exactly 150 years now.To continue this tradition we are investing constantly in research and development.Octave tuned harmonicas employ the same horizontal division of the channel openings as tremolo tuned instruments and are also mainly used in folk music. They all feature the curved „banana“ form and use the Wiener Octave Tuning, where upper and lower notes are tuned exactly one octave apart, resulting in a full, powerful sound without any tremolo beats. The elegant Comet series features an eye-catching streamlined design with gold anodised aluminium covers and a red solid plastic comb. The projecting channel dividers are rounded for added playing comfort and offer the player fascinating possibilities of varying the sound.
